I am an ICF-certified Wayfinder life coach and communication consultant who specializes in helping individuals, teams and companies navigate change, better understand their role and take next steps. I use my grounding presence to offer practical tools to help you quiet your inner critic, connect to your inner wisdom, and make life choices that bring more joy and fulfillment.
I have two decades of experience in the field of communications, focused on employee engagement, internal communications and culture. From drafting up and rolling out company values, to partnering with leaders, to creating compelling stories – I love to dabble in all kinds of activities that require creativity, collaboration and getting below the surface to understand people’s motivations and desires.
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and completed my life coach training with the Martha Beck Inc. Wayfinder Life Coach Training program. I also earned a M.A. in International Service from the University of Surrey-Roehampton, U.K., and a B.A. in Communications from Marquette University.
Service has always been a part of my life. I have held numerous paid and volunteer projects around the globe. I led communications at a London-based NGO, supported human rights for banana workers in Costa Rica, cultivated indigenous plants in Guatemala, and taught English to disadvantaged school children in Mexico. I currently provide pro-bono coaching to humanitarian and development leaders through the Humanitarian Coaching Network.
I spend my free time exploring wellness, nutrition and cooking, and cultivating my spiritual practice through yoga, meditation, journaling or long walks. I also dabble in tango and piano. I live in Westchester County, NY, with my husband and three school-aged children.
